By accessing sorelvix.com, creating an account, submitting information or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the store policies applicable to your use of the website or transaction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or submit an order.

Eligibility

To make a purchase through Sorelvix™, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your place of residence.

If you have not reached the applicable legal age, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, capacities, materials, pricing and availability accurately.

Sorelvix™ focuses primarily on tableware, including dinnerware, drinkware, serving sets and decorative serving pieces.

Depending on the product, materials may include glazed stoneware, glazed porcelain, glazed ceramic, borosilicate glass or other materials identified on the applicable product page.

Product colors and finishes may appear different because of photography, room lighting, screen brightness, device settings, display calibration or other reasonable factors.

Product measurements, capacity and weight may also be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, shipping restrictions and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

We may reasonably refuse, limit or cancel an order because of:

• Payment failure or unsuccessful verification
• Suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity
• Unavailable inventory
• An obvious or material pricing error
• An obvious or material product-information error
• Shipping or legal restrictions
• An inability to fulfill or deliver the order

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices on sorelvix.com are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown.

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts and your final order total.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, currency and the payment services available at the time of checkout.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During holidays, promotions or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the applicable return requirements.

Customers must contact customer support before sending merchandise back so that the appropriate return address and instructions can be provided.

After an approved return has been received, inspected and approved, an eligible refund will normally be initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

A bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please include your order number and relevant photographs or videos showing the product, issue, packaging and shipping label where appropriate.

For ceramic, porcelain, stoneware or glass tableware, please clearly photograph any chips, cracks, breakage, glaze damage or other visible issue.

After a problem attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return or other reasonable solution at no additional cost caused by that confirmed error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other promotional offers.

Discounts should be applied and confirmed before checkout is completed.

Product Use & Care

Sorelvix™ products must be used lawfully and in accordance with the applicable product description, specifications, warnings and care information.

Our products are primarily sold as tableware for dining, drinkware and serving purposes.

Care requirements may vary by material and individual product. Unless the applicable product listing or product instructions clearly state otherwise, customers should not assume that an item is suitable for dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer or other specialized use.

Ceramic, porcelain, stoneware and glass items may chip, crack or break if dropped, struck or exposed to conditions inconsistent with their intended use.

Do not continue using a product that has developed sharp edges, severe cracks or breakage that could reasonably make normal use unsafe.

Product-specific instructions and warnings supplied with an item take priority over general information on this page.

Bulk Purchases & Resale

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing, commercial resale or business purchasing should contact us before placing an order so that availability and applicable terms can be reviewed.

Purchasing Sorelvix™ products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official Sorelvix™ distributor, agent, representative, partner or authorized retailer without our prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Sorelvix™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, videos, product presentations, written content, packaging presentation, original design concepts and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator to the extent provided by applicable law.

You may use sorelvix.com for personal shopping and other lawful, noncommercial purposes.

Store content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without authorization, except where applicable law permits.
